Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LiveLogger (also referred to as "SimDriverCoach", the "Service"), a sim-racing telemetry analysis and AI coaching application operated by BIT FISH, s.r.o. ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Beta phase — please read first

The Service is currently in a beta (early access) phase. This means:

  • Features are still being developed and may change, break, or be removed without notice.
  • The Service may be unavailable, interrupted, or behave unexpectedly, and uploaded data (including telemetry) may occasionally be lost, delayed, or corrupted.
  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" during beta, and you use it at your own risk.

This does not apply to how we handle your personal data. Our commitment to protecting your personal data is strict and unchanged during beta — see our Privacy Policy. "Beta" is never an excuse for mishandling personal data.

By using the Service during beta, you accept that it is a work in progress.

3. Not affiliated with iRacing

LiveLogger / SimDriverCoach is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, LLC ("iRacing"). "iRacing" and related marks are the property of their respective owners.

4. iRacing account and compliance

To use the Service you must have your own valid iRacing account and comply with iRacing's own Terms of Use and EULA. The Service:

  • reads telemetry and session information from the iRacing client's shared-memory interface in a strictly read-only manner;
  • does not modify the iRacing client, inject code, or automate any driver input;
  • performs analysis derived from your own telemetry only.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with iRacing's terms.

5. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Access during beta is by invite code. We may add, change, or remove invite-based access at any time.

6. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide a valid email address and verify it before using the Service.
  • You must tell us your country of residence, which we use for billing and tax purposes.
  • You may not share your account or use someone else's account.

7. What the Service does

LiveLogger records and analyses your sim-racing telemetry (lap times, sector times, driving inputs, and related data captured from your simulator) and provides analysis, comparisons, and AI-generated coaching feedback.

The AI coaching is generated from your telemetry and controller inputs only. We do not send your personal data (such as your name, email, or address) to any AI/LLM provider. See our Privacy Policy for details.

AI coaching is provided for guidance and entertainment. It may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not a guarantee of any result or improvement.

8. The free beta plan and automatic lap sharing

During beta, only the free plan is available. The free plan includes automatic sharing of your best laps, as follows:

  • When you import a session, if one of your laps ranks in the top 5 for a given track, car, and conditions (weather/track state and tyre type), that lap is automatically shared to the public leaderboard for others to view and compare against.
  • A shared lap includes its telemetry, sector times, your car setup, and your driver name.
  • You cannot unshare a lap while it remains in the top 10 for those conditions. Once it drops out of the top 10, you may unshare it.
  • This automatic sharing is a condition of the free plan. By using the free plan you agree to it. A future paid plan will allow you to disable forced sharing.

If you do not agree to automatic sharing of your top laps, do not use the free plan.

9. Lap upload limits

We may limit the number of laps you can upload to the Service. We plan an initial allowance of 100 laps, where a Nordschleife (Nürburgring Nordschleife) lap counts as 3 laps against your allowance due to its length. We will make limits clear in the app before they take effect.

10. Credits, payments, and refunds

Even during beta, AI coaching requires credits that you purchase. Lap storage, analysis, and sharing on the free plan do not require credits; AI-generated coaching does.

  • Credits are purchased through our payment provider, Stripe. Your billing details, including your billing address, are collected and processed by Stripe at the time of purchase.
  • Prices are shown before purchase. Applicable taxes are determined by your country of residence.
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • Because credits are a digital product made available immediately, purchases are non-refundable once credits have been added to your account, except where required by law. If you are an EU consumer, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal; by purchasing and using credits immediately you agree to immediate performance and acknowledge you may lose that right. We will honour any refund rights you have under applicable law.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
  • Use the Service to cheat in, modify, or interfere with iRacing or any other simulator.
  • Upload data you do not have the right to use.
  • Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Your data and telemetry

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Telemetry data captured from the iRacing Service originates from, and may be subject to rights asserted by, iRacing under its EULA. You confirm you are entitled to capture and use the telemetry from your own sessions, and you grant us a licence to store, process, and (for top-ranked laps as described in Section 8) share that telemetry in order to provide the Service.

13. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, particularly during beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Unused credits are forfeited on termination for breach.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Slovak Republic, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you and may ask you to accept the updated Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
